Growth & Performance Lead

What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Growth & Performance Lead to architect and execute the entire growth engine for our portfolio, owning the performance marketing strategy, analytics infrastructure, and cross-functional growth operations. You will lead and help us build a high-performing team to drive measurable results and unlock compounding growth across our ventures. 

1/ Growth Strategy & Execution
  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy for RC Labs’ ventures and partner brands, setting the vision for customer acquisition, retention, and LTV expansion.
  • Lead performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, native and emerging channels—structuring tests, scaling frameworks, and cutting inefficiencies. You will be in charge of structuring and leading the media buying team and network.
  • Develop and refine growth playbooks, ensuring rapid experimentation and iteration across creative, targeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and creative teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives and user behavior.
2/ Data-Driven Optimization
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards (Northbeam, GA4, Meta Ads Manager) to track KPIs, attribution, and CAC:LTV efficiency.
  • Turn insights into action—identifying high-impact opportunities in creative performance, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
  • Oversee A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, pricing, and retention strategies to maximize CVR and AOV.
3/ Creative & Media Synergy
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad concepts, ensuring a tight feedback loop between performance data and asset production.
  • Optimize creative frameworks by channel, leveraging AI tools and UGC strategies to scale production while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Manage media budgets with precision, allocating spend based on real-time performance and contribution margin.
4/ Team Leadership & Systems Building
  • Build and lead a high-performance growth team, fostering a culture of accountability, speed, and results.
  • Streamline workflows between media buyers, designers, and analysts to maximize output and agility.
  • Scale growth operations by implementing automation, attribution models, and scalable processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in performance marketing or growth leadership, with a track record of scaling brands profitably across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.
  • Full-funnel expertise: you’ve owned acquisition, retention, and CRO, with deep knowledge of LTV optimization and cohort analysis.
  • Data fluency:  You live in dashboards (Northbeam, Looker, Amplitude) and use data to drive decisions, not just report on them.
  • Technical proficiency:  Comfort with tracking setups (pixels, server-side events), attribution models, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Creative performance mindset: You know what makes an ad convert and can guide creative teams to produce scroll-stopping assets.
  • Leadership DNA: You’ve built or managed high-performing teams, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of ownership.

Interview Process

  1. Introductory Call (30-45 minutes): A conversation to align on the role, your ambitions, and mutual fit.
  2. Deep Dive Interview (60 minutes): A detailed discussion about your past experiences, projects, and accomplishments with the hiring manager.
  3. Case Study / Portfolio Review (60-90 minutes): A practical, hands-on session where you'll walk us through your work or solve a relevant problem.
  4. Founder & Culture Chat (45 minutes): A final conversation to ensure alignment on vision, values, and long-term goals.
  5. Offer: A final conversation to discuss the offer.
