1/ Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy for RC Labs’ ventures and partner brands, setting the vision for customer acquisition, retention, and LTV expansion.
- Lead performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, native and emerging channels—structuring tests, scaling frameworks, and cutting inefficiencies. You will be in charge of structuring and leading the media buying team and network.
- Develop and refine growth playbooks, ensuring rapid experimentation and iteration across creative, targeting, and funnel optimization.
- Partner with product, engineering, and creative teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives and user behavior.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards (Northbeam, GA4, Meta Ads Manager) to track KPIs, attribution, and CAC:LTV efficiency.
- Turn insights into action—identifying high-impact opportunities in creative performance, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
- Oversee A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, pricing, and retention strategies to maximize CVR and AOV.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad concepts, ensuring a tight feedback loop between performance data and asset production.
- Optimize creative frameworks by channel, leveraging AI tools and UGC strategies to scale production while maintaining brand integrity.
- Manage media budgets with precision, allocating spend based on real-time performance and contribution margin.
- Build and lead a high-performance growth team, fostering a culture of accountability, speed, and results.
- Streamline workflows between media buyers, designers, and analysts to maximize output and agility.
- Scale growth operations by implementing automation, attribution models, and scalable processes.
