You will start with clear creative briefs from our Creative Strategist and work in a tight, agile loop with Media Buyers and Web Developers to produce, test, and relentlessly optimize creative assets. While you are a master of production, you understand the bigger picture—how to automate creation pipelines, leverage AI, leverage external resources (saas, freelancers, agencies), and how your work directly impacts business goals.

- Creative Production: Produce a high volume of compelling creative assets, including static ads, motion graphics, and video advertisements, tailored for various platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube).
- Brief Translation: Translate creative briefs and strategic concepts from the Brand Strategist into pixel-perfect, on-brand visual assets ready for A/B testing.
- Iteration & Optimization: Collaborate directly with the Media Buyer to analyze creative performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR). Use these insights to rapidly iterate on winning concepts and test new hypotheses.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Pika, Runway) to accelerate the production of visual elements, backgrounds, and video concepts, moving quickly from idea to execution.
- Video & Image Editing: Perform hands-on editing, including color grading, sound design, typography, and motion graphics, to ensure all assets meet high standards of quality and are optimized for their target channel.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, ensuring that content is easily accessible for the team and ready for deployment across different campaigns and funnels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Web Developers to ensure creative assets for landing pages and websites are seamlessly integrated and visually consistent with ad campaigns.
