We're looking for a Growth & Creative Strategist to build and scale iconic brand identities and high-performance creative strategies for our entire portfolio, leveraging acquisition frameworks, AI and automation data to drive measurable growth.
Brand Architecture & Strategy
- Develop and own the end-to-end brand strategy for new ventures and portfolio companies, from foundational brand identity packs (logos, typography, voice) to full-funnel campaign concepts.
- Translate complex business objectives into clear, adaptable brand and creative strategies—masterfully switching between high-end brand narratives and direct-response, conversion-focused creative/funnels.
- Conduct rapid market and audience research to ensure creative resonance across diverse European and international markets, informing everything from messaging to visual direction.
- Master the entire customer journey by designing and orchestrating creative strategies across the full funnel. This includes captivating top-funnel content for the first contact point, mid-funnel assets to drive consideration and conversion, and targeted post-purchase campaigns (retention/LTV)
Creative Development & Execution
- Lead the hands-on creation of high-impact advertising assets, including static visuals, motion graphics, and UGC-style video ads, designed for rigorous performance testing.
- Write compelling, sharp, and adaptable copy for a range of assets, from brand taglines and website content to ad headlines and scripts that convert.
- Lead for our content creation AI toolset, collaborating directly with our tech and AI engineers to prototype, optimize, test, and scale new methods for creative production and optimization.
- Manage and collaborate with a network of image/creative designers and video editors—providing clear creative direction, actionable feedback, and performance-focused guardrails to ensure every visual asset is on-brand, on-time, and optimized for testing.
